Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

Return Condition

Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original condition with packaging and accessories when applicable. Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or ordinary wear may be declined.

How to Request a Return

Email service@novireza.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Unless our support team confirms another authorized return location, returns may be directed to: No. 66, 100 meters east of the intersection of Yifeng Road and Gongye 1st Road, Huaiyang District, Zhoukou, Henan, China. Return shipments sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

When a return is needed because of an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution. For returns based on preference, unwanted items, or customer address errors, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually submitted to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
